I ran 3.1 miles in about half an hour for cross country practice. I did the full workout routine today including the stretching and the strides. I was congratulated for not stopping once while running. I even kept up with the group.

Here’s a picture Noah drew for you.  I recorded him talking about the picture, but the first part of the recording is him singing a song about cleaning up that I thought was just too cute.  I think the picture makes you look like a French man with a beret.
