A Happy Little Blues Clues Boy
Noah got his Christmas present from Grandma and Grandpa F in the mail yesterday. It was a Handy Dandy Notebook from his favorite show Blue’s Clues. To say he was happy is an understatement. He hasn’t been far from it ever since he got it. He loves drawing in it and getting his brothers to draw pictures for him. His brothers were all really cute and excited for him too. Between that and his Magna Doodle from Daddy, he should be set for his artistic outlets. Hopefully we won’t be seeing any more of the following ever again.
The piano and fridge came clean. The walls are a trickier matter. Nothing I have tried really works. Luckily Grandma and Grandpa came to the rescue again and got us a Lowe’s gift card for Christmas. We should be getting our warranty work done on our house pretty soon, including things like fixing settling cracks and nail pops in the wall. Once that is done I can get down to the business of painting. Yay! Thanks Mom and Dad! You’re the best!
what a cute boy that Noah is! We are really glad he likes our gift and hopefully he will use these new resources for his writing and forget the household items. That is cute how his brothers get so excited for him. Good luck with your painting, it will be fun to see the finished project.

Have you tried the Magic Eraser? It worked “magic” on the crayon and pencil marks Jake made on the wall. Best of luck to you… You’ll have to share the finished painting project when that time comes.
Yep, Kelsi, I have tried the Magic Eraser. It worked some, but it seems like it wears out so quickly and he has really hit a lot of places on our walls. I should try that again though to at least improve things until I paint, but I do remember getting frustrated by it before because it took so much scrubbing and I was watching that little thing dissolve before my eyes. I’ve been wanting to paint anyway, and I guess this will give me that extra motivation! Luckily I haven’t caught him coloring on walls lately so hopefully he’s past that now. I can dream, right?
